When does my box ship?
Physical boxes ship between the 10th and 15th of each month with tracking, and Pillow Talk digital picks arrive in your inbox on the 1st.
Can I choose discreet or loud packaging?
Yes, it's your call. Our Little Secret arrives in a plain outer box with nothing on the outside. Loud and Proud arrives in our signature oxblood and blush box, made to be seen. You can switch anytime from your account.
How do I skip, switch or cancel?
Anytime from your account, with no contracts or fees. Make changes before 11:59 pm Mountain Time on the last day of the month to apply them to your next box. Full details are in our Subscription Policy.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not yet. We ship across Canada only for now. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know if that changes.
