The simple terms behind every box we send.

These terms govern your use of the Badly Behaved Books website and your purchases from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Age and eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province to place an order. The Do Not Disturb box and any intimate products are sold only to customers aged 18 and over.
Products and content
Our books are works of adult fiction and may contain mature themes and explicit content. Heat ratings and content notes are provided as a guide. We work hard to show products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly, and box contents change every month.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change at any time, although subscribers keep the price shown when they subscribed unless we give 30 days' notice of a change. Applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price or we suspect fraud, and we'll refund any payment in that case.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, as described in our Subscription and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Discount codes
Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined with other offers, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Accounts created to misuse offers may be cancelled.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, graphics and our logo, belongs to Badly Behaved Books or its partners and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Badly Behaved Books is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our site at the time of your order applies.
