Shipping
- We ship across Canada only.
- Monthly boxes ship between the 10th and 15th of each month.
- Pillow Talk digital picks are emailed on the 1st of each month.
- Shop orders ship within 2 to 4 business days.
- Every order is tracked and packed your way: Our Little Secret (plain and discreet) or Loud and Proud (our signature oxblood and blush box).
- Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Returns
- Billed subscription boxes are final sale, as each box is curated and packed for that month.
- Shop items can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery.
- Intimate products are final sale unless damaged or faulty.
- Digital products are non refundable once delivered.
Damaged or missing items
Email hello@thenightshelfbooks.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
