How billing works
Your first box is charged when you subscribe. After that, your subscription renews automatically on the 1st of each month at the price shown when you subscribed, plus shipping and applicable taxes, until you skip or cancel.
Skipping a month
You can skip any month from your account. Skips must be made before 11:59 pm Mountain Time on the last day of the month before the box you want to skip.
Switching boxes
You can switch between Pillow Talk, Between the Sheets and Do Not Disturb anytime from your account. Changes made before the end of the month apply to the next box.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account, with no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for the next box, cancel before 11:59 pm Mountain Time on the last day of the month. Boxes that have already been billed will still be sent to you.
Discounts
Introductory offers such as FOUNDING25 apply to your first month only. Following months are charged at the regular price.
Age requirement
The Do Not Disturb box is available only to customers aged 18 and over. By subscribing you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Refunds
Billed boxes are final sale. If something arrives damaged, missing or incorrect, please see our Refund Policy.
