Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada only.
When your order ships
- Monthly boxes ship between the 10th and the 15th of each month.
- Digital boxes (Pillow Talk) are delivered by email on the 1st of each month.
- Shop orders ship within 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery times and rates
All physical orders ship with tracking. Most orders arrive within 2 to 8 business days of shipping, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Packaging options
You choose how your order arrives. Our Little Secret ships in plain outer packaging with nothing on the outside that reveals the contents. Loud and Proud ships in our signature branded oxblood and blush box. Subscribers can change their packaging choice from their account before the 10th of the month. Card statements show Badly Behaved Books either way.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Address changes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Subscribers can update their address in their account before the 10th of the month. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you can't find it, email hello@thenightshelfbooks.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and help find a solution.
